Gratuliere zu deiner Hallenbestleistung ! Als große Läuferin mit einer stärkeren zweiten Rennhälfte ist die Hallenbahn für dich ja alles andere als einfach. War echt von deiner Leistung überrascht und werde zu niemandem mehr sagen, dass du in Paris die 800m laufen sollst. Ich will gar nicht wissen wie viel Trainingsaufwand du in deine schnellere Angangszeit investiert hast. Im Erwachsenenalter erfordern solche Verbesserungen in der Start- und Beschleunigungsphase echt einen höllischen Trainingsaufwand und unendlich viel Frustrationstoleranz. Viel Erfolg für deine Sommersaison mit zwei internationalen Meisterschaften. Eine davon ist ja auch noch daheim hier in Deutschland. Der Verzicht auf die Hallen-WM war absolut vernunftig. ;)
Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum tollen Resultat. Ich hätte gedacht, dass an so einem Wettkampf Wochenende viel mehr auch auf die Ernährung etc geachtet wird. Dass die Nährstoffe perfekt zum wichtigen Lauf da sind.

When you watch all these videos, yet you don’t speak a lick of German. I figured out I like when they say “und” though. I now use it in my own life despite not knowing what the hell it means. Running around shouting “und” at people.
