- Justin Fields was attacked by members of the national media after he said he was playing in a "robotic" manner and when asked why he responded, "it could be coaching." This video contains comments from several national media outlets. Some of the commentators understood what Fields tried to communicate, but most did not.
Anybody who listened to the entire interview knows that Justin wasn't blaming his coaches....... just go back and listen to the entire interview
I listened to the entire thing. He definitely placed some blame on the coaches and then tried to walk it back.

JF1 clearly articulated that coaching as it pertained to him INCORPORATING their insights in to his natural game would make himself less robotic.

If you believe Justin Fields actually blamed the coaches then you believe everything the mainstream tells you and, don’t either think for yourself or didn’t take the time to listen to the full context of his presser.
Justin fields also said with his comments. The coaches are doing their job getting him information.

If you listen to the media (who only wants clicks) then you deserve what ever you get in life! Fields will be ok.

He’s lost 11 games in a row. Most of those games he scored at least 27 points. Our defense is terrible!

The last thing I want to see is him going to a team that uses his strengths and let him thrive.. my money is on Coaches go before he does and will be un hired. The best Coaches out there adapt their scheme to fit the players..JF balled out in the Spread scheme..only have to make 2 reads. The LB and the safety. Like in KC.
Imma be honest the title is kinda meh... more than half of these shows were giving him the proper context respect and understanding not necessarily burning him.

Sure cannot wait to see Fields throw for those 4,000 yards this season. He said he would "definitely" do it, so it must be true, right?
First, go and listen to the entire JF1 interview and you will clearly hear that he did not throw his OC or anyone else under the bus.
And once you hear the entire interview come back and apologize for misrepresenting what JF1 effectively communicated.
As for JF1' record, one former player on the show clearly understands that, you win as a team and you lose as a team ... KJ is aware, the other former player has forgotten.
Too bad as Irvin of all people, by now, should know better.
5-22. Holds the Ball too long. Has bad footwork. Doesn't throw accurately. Doesn't run the right way. Doesn't throw the ball away when he needs to. The guy is an ABSOLUTE BUST.

@clintjefferson4391 No, I prefer hitting open receivers and not throwing a Pick6 every game. Justin is just bad at QB. He could make an excellent Tailback. Physically, he is NFL level, but mentally, he cannot even properly run a simple offensive system designed for him

The question has to be asked is Justin Fields being sabotaged? When you consider how he played last season and you've seen none of that this season. OC Luke Getsy is the saboteur.
Getsy would in turn be sabotaging his own career

Has JF played well? NO! Has Getsy put JF in a position to succeed? ABSOLUTELY NOT! These vultures looking for their "gotcha" clicks and soundbites is pathetic. Instead of reacting to tweets & video clips, how about investigating further from the source! I'm not defending JF, I'm just tired of the media passing judgement when their responsibility is to report!
Bears QBs talk way too much. That game film is awful. Holding the ball for 7 seconds.

No QB goes to the Chicago Bears because they need more development in their game. Put that on this poor coaching staff. Bring the right offensive cordinator that is the game changer.
From bad game planning to bad play calling Luke Getsy is the reason Justin Fields is playing worst than last season. Justin Fields haters are using his honest comments to attack him instead of the incompetent OC who have kneecapped him and put him in an offensive straight jacket.
Yep, you're probably right. But, they still only won 3 game... fields still missed the open recievers and fields still fumbled way to much, yes, he did rush for over 1k, but still making the same mistakes. It's year 3, are you saying , it's coaching? Ok, let's go there. If we fire all the coaching again. We would be in for another loosing year, he would have to learn another new offense. And so would the entire offense. He's 5= 22 as a starter, with two different officers offensive schemes, and would be a third if bears fire the coaches... time to think , maybe uts fields, just because he's a phenomenal athlete, no question, maybe he's not a franchise QB, NOT THE END OF THE WORLD...

I contend Getsy has virtually eliminated that part of his game forcing him to stay in the pocket behind a OLine as porous as Swiss cheese. So explain to me why a OC would force bad game plans and play calling on a QB when clearly it's not working? Sabotage

I agree, getsy needs to be fired, along with all the other coaches, and why stop there, might as well send GM Ryan Poles Packing... the new president of football operations should be searching right now for the new GM. If you still think Fields is a franchise QB after yesterday's performance against the Chiefs was inspirational, or as a leader of men, you are dilususional., sorry, but, his stats, and the tapes don't lie as a career 3rd year NFL QB. He's probably better off starting over with a new team, as are the Chicago bears.
@timothymccauley3949 Justin Fields is a franchise QB with the wrong OC and HC. He has more talent than Jared Goff or Daniel Jones both being used better by different teams and OCs. That is what's hurting Justin Fields. If he leaves it will haunt Chicago like when the Cubs traded Lou Brock and the Red Sox trading Babe Ruth.

I wish I was wrong about him, he has moments of flash, but few and far between, he can't read defenses and his legs will only take this team so far. He has the tools, no doubt, arm strength is top notch, no question there, he can make any pro throw. Problem with fields, is his mental probs, holds the ball to long, because he can't read defense, and dosnt trust what he sees, open targets in the NFL are small windows of opportunities, they don't stay open long, unless it's a busted coverage, and he still won't throw the damn ball. I know he's got some bad coaches, bad OC, BUT, COME ON MAN! He's not playing up to NFL Standards... how many fumbles, how many sacks how many more ints or wide open recievers do you need to see to just admit, JF is going to end up on someone else's roster next year. Plus, the Bears will more than likely move on from this disaster of a coaching staff. Not to mention, the new president of football operations didn't hire Ryan poles, Ted Phillips hired him, if I were President of chicago, I'd clean them all out, and hire my own Gm, and start the new search for a offensive minded head coach, minus Justin fields, either trade him, or bench him...I'm 62 year old, and have never seen a bears team look this less pathetic. I watched my first Bears game with my dad on a black and white TV, if I'm right, it was 1967... I've seen plenty of bad Bears teams! This one takes first place! Wow!

Media is there to create drama…this is nothing new. That being said…it’s all bad JF is not bueno right now and the coaching is also not bueno right now and the leadership is mucho not bueno right now

A quick review will show that DaBears have a rookie HC, a rookie OC, a rookie DC who resigned for personal reasons and they are heading into the 3rd game of year TWO ... of a R.E.B.U.I.LD.!!!
But JF1 is the problem.
I am so glad that my work is not predicated on "clicks".
And that Chicago Tribune reported who started this needs to be interviwed so that EVERYONE can see who he truly is, not as a reporter, but as a human being.

With everyone having you tunes and such in the media. We have to be aware of their content. If we see content that is always negatively we have to check. I stick to those that are more objective than subject.. too many of us always looking to hate. Maybe that's society today. It makes us feel better.
