Here are a couple of pointers: * "Agnes of Westview" is a direct reference to "Mare of Easttown". * Wanda trapped Agatha in her role as the "nosy neighbour", but without altering reality around her. She was trapped acting out the nosy neighbour in the real world. * When Wanda died, the spell distorted, and Agatha imagined herself in a TV show again. This show takes place a day or two after the conclusion of Multiverse of Madness. * "Cop Agnes" was suspended for punching a suspect. This is an in-show representation of Agathy being robbed of her magic after attacking Wanda. She brings to her defence that the suspect was later convicted, which represents Wanda being taken down in Multiverse of Madness. * We remember Agatha as the villain of Wandavision, but that's because we didn't have all the information yet, and the story was told from Wanda's perspective. Looking back at it after Multiverse of Madness, things look different. In the beginning, Agathy just wanted to learn how Wanda got so powerful (her methods were quite disrespectful, though). Only when she realised that Wanda was The Scarlet Witch, prophesied to destroy the world, did she change her tune to taking Wanda's magic. And, in hindsight, that was the right course of action. * Here, I have to fail both Wandavision and Multiverse of Madness for not showing how taking the Darkhold corrupted Wanda. Both relied on the other to show how Wanda became irredeemably insane/evil. But one ended with her starting the process of recovering from her grief (end of denial stage, onset of acceptance), while the other presented us with a fully gone Wanda (anger and bargaining stages).
I am impressed so far... three more musical numbers then it's the best show ever.
