Video took a while to come out, been prettttty busy with life and stuff. hope this video is still good tho! couple things to point out i'd like to note: YES, Flashlight IS sightreadable, to an extent. I was aware of the flashlight radius decreasing after 100x combo increments (and never actually mentioned it in the video, whoops), aaand it just never occurred to me to make a kickslider that gave 200x combo at the start of each chunk.
It's so relieving hearing someone else's experience with Flashlight because i couldn't relate more to this video, especially the "hearing the same song for hours"
I half ass expected that fl wouldn’t take up too much brain power since I assumed your mind would just fill in the gaps of the “missing” circles. I was wrong. Inky is probably the hottest ghost though
Hey awasome video, Warheit is one of my most played maps and its awasome to see it here, ive passed it with FL several times and my best score is a 7 miss but i got some sliderbreaks in there aswell :3 And im the only HDFL pass on there xD and #4 with FL only :3
When i tried first time FL on a beginner map after 1 hour i wasn t able to memorize it (but i never thought about divide it) instead i decide to rely on followpoints, use HD 'cuz i shows u where it will be the circle and memorize where's the circle after a spinner. Result: SS using HD HR SD DT FL on a beginner map and no i will never touch FL again lol. You have so much determination, very admirable
I played FL a decent amount, mainly RXFL and on modern maps with jumps I could 4 miss on a 1m map just by guessing that "well considering the other 2 notes where there the next would be here if the jumps are more 'modern' or by guessing patterns
I love flashlight. I need to flashlight more maps. The only good FL play I have to my name is Rockefeller Street [Andrea] HDFL SS, and my brain wants to brag about it any chance I get.
