So I made this recipe yesterday and my wife and I enjoyed 2 lovely curries from it. Plenty base left for the freezer! Thank you very much for giving us this, so much more spicing than I'd used previously. PLEASE! MORE RECIPES USING THIS BASE ? Thank you so much!
The oil is so important as I'm recently realising, most recipes use barely enough for fear of putting people off, but they don't realise how important it is to fry the ingredients especially spices (bhuna) and any remaining can always be removed (and saved) as you show. Looks smashing Ajay 🙌
Hi Ajay🙂 Amazing all round SAUCE. Saves time. It looks very delicious like Tandoori Paste. Im going to make double the batch. Thanks for sharing yr delicious Sauce recipe.🙂👍
If you tripled the ingredients and cooked that sauce that will easily feed upto 20 portions. Usually 2-3 table spoons are enough for a portion of chicken/lamb/veg curry.
