Viktor is my 2nd favorite character in all of Arcane. Viktor's goal wasn't to take over everyone's mind it was to heal people who needed to be healed. He wasn't a bad guy/villain at all. Viktor was all about peace he wasn't going out just taking people, Jayce legit came in and did him dirty, Viktor just wanted the best for everyone.
Viktor was literally taking over ppls minds to the point he could control them at will, in search of creating the "perfect" society, wich would eventually lead to the destruction of piltover, as seen in the future timeline jayce went to where viktor all but told jayce to stop viktors past self.

@darrnellbradley A piltover ain't all that anyways ngl, if I was Viktor I would've worked faster. (I ain't evil tho)
