Not even finished with this video yet, but wanted to comment on the immense power of synchronicity and how powerful the delusion of "coincidence"' is in our lives. I was just talking to my therapist today (as we've begun to do some deep shadow work) about my own adaptive behavior at about the same age -13 - essentially donning a kind of mask, to put it mildly. That said, I don't want to imply any comparison in trauma as the powerful and generously shared message of your experience never fails to touch, break and heal my heart. ❤🙏♥

Your vulnerability in this is so powerful. I can imagine that it will inspire people to feel empowered to begin to share, even if it's only just to themselves. That is a spell that your work is weaving for sure.
