Thank u it worked! Turned of wifi. Then it worked. Turned phone off turned wifi on, and it worked. Then turned phone on AND wifi on and w both on it works also. So i know if its all distorted again i know to turn of wifi and just use phone data. Basically play w the wifi on off toggle or phone toggle. Hope this helps someone
I have a completely different issue. When I'm calling sometimes the other person doesn`t receive my call, but a few minutes after I stop the call the person I was calling earlier starts ringing as if im calling him (but I had already pressed the red button and stopped the call and im not calling him) .

My boyfriend cam messange me but when he called me i missed it because it doesn't ring on me i don't off my notification, i didn't muted him, restrict or block. Were even friends on facebook but when other calls me i received their calls just on him.
@@realvainessa Hi, I already find out how to solve it. I just go to settings and find my messenger then i clear cache and clear data it then i go back and log in my account and so glad it works. He can call me now. You should try it.
