As an Albanian, the reason why we have the most bunkers is because when we were under communism under the rule of Enver Hoxha, he commanded for us to build bunkers to protect us from invasions from other neighboring countries. Turns out, no countries invaded Albania. Not even during Hoxha‘s rule or after his death. So, we have that all around our country.

India was discovered first by Europeans(the Spanish) by the end of the 15th century and beginning of the 16 century. At that Vasco da Gama landed at Calicut which was ruled by Zamorin. Vasco da Gama's main purpose was to establish a trade with exotic Indian spices and goods in exchange for gold. Then the story continues with the VOC (Dutch East India company) taking charage and later by the EAC(British East India company).
