- We really did want to love our stay at Harrah's, but this visit truly missed the mark.

You should definitely try The Riverside. New rooms. Great music. Bowling, movies . Adult pool that’s new. Better food. And next time try the Celebration River Tours. And the place The Laughlin Ranch Bar & Restaurant. Cocktails restaurant has amazing view. Black Mountain Bistro is a cool spot. Bullhead Bell has the perfect spot to check out the river

Just stayed there in the Center Tower. My stay was ok, those rooms are very dated, but comfortable. My AC was sweet at 62 and my room was just cool enough to be comfortable, so that AC isn’t much better.
Those stairs are a challenge to be sure, as is that hill in the summer!

I've stayed at most of the properties in Laughlin and I think I like Golden Nugget the best.
We really like the Golden Nugget, too. The rooms always feel clean, the location is great, Saltgrass is delish, and we’ve actually had some good wins in the casino! Thanks for watching and commenting- appreciate it!
Not our experience at all! We fly down on Caesar’s air stay in south tower always get corner room river view. Never had any of the issues you described. I would have changed rooms. We are back July 17-21 can’t wait!!

Was there end of April on comped rooms and was disappointed with everything at that property. It has really gone downhill.

Sorry you had a bad stay but I wasn't surprised, got a comped Caesars flight and room 2 years ago, all the rooms were bad back then, heard this from other people on the charter. The casino floor has gone downhill as well, I stopped staying there. Also got sick from Smash burger, sounds like nothing has changed. Just got back last week from Laughlin, got the flight offer again but this time they offered Tropicana as another option to stay besides Harrahas. Rooms were clean and easy to walk across the street to the other casinos. If you are at Harrahs is is best to take the water taxi to the other casinos to avoid walking. Thx

Harrahs used to be good but started going downhill about 8 years ago…My favorite hotel is Golden Nugget hands down! I only stay there but Edgewater and Laughlin River Lodge are good too.
We used to love staying in the South Tower at Harrah's. Our last experience was disappointing to say the least. We like Golden Nugget, too. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the location is great, as well. Thanks for watching and commenting - appreciate it!

My husband and I stayed there pre-covid for the Chicago concert. We had an awful experience in the oldest tower even though I had my diamond status. We had to wait for the only elevator working for over 20 minutes each time we took it. Our room was very nasty, dirty and sooooo out dated. It was our first visit to Laughlin and it turned me off from ever going again. Harrah's in Vegas has really gone down hill. The rooms are all dirty and old. House keeping is non-existent and they still charge resort fees?
I'm so sorry you had such a terrible experience! It's really a shame that the Caesar properties are in such sad shape. We haven't stayed at Harrah's in Vegas, but their casino could use a bit of a refresh. We have stayed at Paris and while the room wasn't "modern," it was clean and comfortable. Did the room smell funky? Last time I noticed it smelled like mold or mildew.
The room was really “stuffy” smelling but not necessarily mildew//moldy. That being said, we stayed in the north tower years ago, and our room smelled like cat pee! That one experience in the north tower was enough to never want to stay there again! Maybe we just have bad luck with hotel rooms! Lol Thanks for watching and commenting!
