You've got this! I smoked 30 a day from 1982 till 2008. In the July of 2008 I decided I wanted to move and get a nicer house, that was my motivation. I would never have afforded the rental without chucking those things. Think how much money you will save, put it into a jar and watch it INCREASE, then talk small walks and build up, get your lungs clear. Chew gum. Or get nocorete patches, I used those, and in the end after about 6 weeks, I forgot I had it on, after that, I just stopped the patches! YOU can DO this! Think long term. What else could you be doing? What nice distraction is there for you? Watch the money in that jar mount up! Much love...xx

She was labeled autistic because she never conformed tonhow people spoke. Thank you for confirming my energy to staynin the light and thenhigh vibration to hear her and the voice of God. I have quit. Use a toothpick for the hand/mouth thing.drink water when you jones for nicotine. It helps incredibly and will work. 3 days your clean.

for they will be found. From the wellspring of creation we all surface. Our only hinderance to awakening is an uncrystallized understanding.
And once we are crystalize nothing can cloud the lense of clarity, truth and light.

Came back to your channel after a hiatus. Let's just say this path isn't easy...just walked away from a 26 year job that was draining every aspect of my soul. I'm not at all thankful for solitude. Frankly I'm sick of it. That's all I've had for years. When you are in constant solitude, you are easy prey because predators have no fear nor deterrence it's like being a wounded mouse in a field with 50 hungry vultures circling overhead. No where to run,no where to hide,and no rescue on the way. You are dinner.. I'm pretty sure you don't truly understand. Namaste ❤
