In order for your Diploma (and/or Transcript) to be apostilled, each document needs to be certified by School's Registrar or Principal and the registrar's signature must be notarized by a State (where it was issued) Notary Public. In other words, any educational documents presented for the Apostille must have an original pen-in-hand signature of School's official/Registrar and then the Notary Public must notarize (certify with the appropriate statement) that person's signature. If you don't have it, please contact your College/University or High School and ask them how you can best do this: 1) Either by sending them your original Diploma (and/or Transcript) and they will certify and notarize it same time. Then they can mail it directly to us and we will apostille it.
OR 2) They issue a NEW copy of your Diploma (and/or Transcript), certified and notarized. Then they can mail it to us and we will take care of the Apostille for you.
These notarized originals are always preferable since it is the real document custodian’s signature that is being notarized. Not all registrars will be familiar with this process so it may be necessary to talk to them personally and to discuss your special needs.
Along with your original document we would also need to receive the completed and signed Request Form. Right upon receiving the document and the payment we’ll start the apostilling process immediately.
Once your Apostille request is completed you can receive your apostilled Diploma (and/or Transcript) at your address anywhere in the world!

Hello, How do I get award letters from Social Security and the VA which contains the seal of the agency, the official's signature and the printed name and title of the official who signed the document please? These things are required for the State Department to apostille the documents. The download award letters from the VA and Social Security do not have the above.

Hi Good day, I graduated school in New York City with a high school diploma, and I would like to get it apostle because I am sending it to a university that’s in Europe that I am applying for.
