LOADED STEAK BAKED POTATO WITH CEASARS SALAD

Tonight's dinner is;
Baked potatoes
rinse 2 medium russet potatoes
rub with olive oil
salt pepper to taste
wrap in foil
Bake at 400 degrees 1-1/2 hours or until press in soft
season (2) 8 ounce thin ribeyes
heat grill pan to medium high spray pan with cooking spray
season ribeyes and pan sear 3-5 min per side until brown with slightly crispy outer crust
slice serve over potato
other topings
sour cream
Imos pizza proved cheese
grilled ribeye steak 6-8 ounce (see below recipe)
Chipotle ranch dressing
sliced chives
dash of seasoned salt (when potato is done)
