I love watching I wish I could find all the Lil bottles and bottle stoppers that yLl have where y'all go the selection is just amazing and I think y'all have enough body parts to make some interesting people
My favourite bit was where you flicked the switch on and off and made the video go bright and dim. Genius! Hoping you find out more about the ceramic parts from the telegraph pole, and that you do make a necklace out of the tiny perfume bottle.
They are PERFECT for that!!! Thank you for the idea! I’m in the states but we are putting in a garden this summer so I’ll look about and see if I can find something other than mass produced for this idea
An idea for all the finds you agonize about whether to take or to leave, take them then decide. Auction off to your subs. I know you've thought of this before, maybe consider it again.

I absolutely love your channel as you find some very interesting things, & i love how you tell the history of the names you find on the bottles. I also love how you both get excited by your finds, happy hunting for treasures
That large button is the kind of button we use on coats many times in the USA. I have one such winter coat with the exact shape. It never slips out of the button hole and are better than round ones with heavy winter wear. 😊💕
Those insulators look like Bullers LTD london P5065s dated 1936 by the looks of it! They tend to need a slight shock to loosen the rust on these. The last one that you unscrewed actually looks like a different pattern! These were high voltage poles for 11kv (probably) transmission! If you want to know more, just ask! If you follow Let's go with the Johnsons, you'll know I'm the insulator expert! More great finds this video 😁
Another wonderful video. I think the large button is a toggle button for a coat maybe. It came up beautifully. My fave was the gorgeous blue poison bottle. Have a great day ladies!!!
Great interesting video as usual Girls. I have lots of Jam/Coffee Jars in my Shed full of Odds n Ends just like that. I might Go Burry some for people to find in years to come xxx
That time capsule was very important to that 12 year old boy! I imagine that's his dads patch. The bit and bobs are things he found that made him happy. His curious mind was thinking of the future, like all boys in the 50s,60s and 70s. I'm a 74 baby, I can just picture this kid. A dreamer. I'd throw it back. But thats just me. Another little boy can find it 100 years from now. Thanks for a lovely channel. Melissa from Chicago

The super tiny vial you found at 10:00 looks like a perfume sample vial. We used to get them in magazines here in the States. Not sure if that was a thing in Britain or not back in the 90s.
I’m in the UK and there is nowhere that I know of near me. I’ve checked old maps but the only dump I know of is a fairly modern one which was dug out years ago 😔
@@KittyGrey13 It seems like we are in the same place even if it's a different location. Maybe an option for us both would be to take up nature hikes and keep an eye out for rubbish. @@tnsocialist1257 Yes it’s so frustrating isn’t it. I know there have been bottle diggers fairly locally and I’ve asked them for hints as one even has a UA-cam channel, but I didn’t get any response. @Melissa Hedden - I’m in middle America so don’t find much more than trash. We go exploring lakes, streams and rivers a lot and I’m hoping for an old bottle some day.

It's probably just as well that I don't have a Victorian bottle dump near me. I'd want all the bottles. Wish modern products came in bottles made of bubbly old glass with such an array of colors. Thanks for another fun video!

Avon perfume sample bottle and so beautiful ❤️❤️❤️ I love it all
I did good vids
04:35 As kids, we used to peel away everything on a golf ball, because in the centre was an India rubber ball. That was back in the 1960's. :)
Mum and I both did it as children too! That’s how I recognised it. My brothers and I must have got curious one day 🕵🏻
Just want to say, i love the Scottish music playing in the background ☺️ and of course i love your videos 😉

Looking at that "Twiggy" photo from the '60s, almost in an archaeological way, makes me feel much older than my 70 years.
I could totally see you guys filling that little vial with the garnets that you found. Loves it!
That would make an adorable necklace.
That would be a beautiful necklace for sure!!
Yes! Just perfect! 😊
I've used and given gifts of electrical insulators as water hose guides in the garden or yard. They protect plants by guiding the hose around them.

When I was a child, 60 years ago in Texas, we used ceramic insulators as candle holders.
