you get the 3rd skill up with 2 ougis most of the time at about turn 3 because ougi procs twice. edit: not turn 3 lmao oops, it's more like turn 5. 4 turns from 2*ougi, plus another 5 turns.
What if Qilin+Death Slot Lyria in for double summon, not in spot four Spam Chloe skills with Qilin (but don't cast sk1 the second time yet) Get yukata Ilsa out turn 1 Death Save Chloe's sk1 second cast until after she returns to give Ilsa hype as well Ilsa (and MC cause Lyria boost ofc) turn 1 unga bunga? (Obv Chloe needs to also not be slot four btw) Edit: Tested her out and the five-turn buffs from Chloe's sk3 disappears if she returns to the field. The one turn attack boost remains. Guess I missed where it said the stat boosts only took effect while she's a sub ally. So really she's just a glorified source of one-turn "sharp boost to attack" if you try to meme build with position swapping her

Her and Luci are the only providence summons I don't have maxed, so I don't consider them for my parties >_< Yea that'd vastly improve on this setup, allowing mc to be street king and use La Manteau du Roi for the 3-stack Diaturna turn 1 as well Still means Chloe is only giving the sharp attack boost and her sk1 to Ilsa, buuut... I guess that's fine with a meme turn 1 setup I had a different variant of this party utilizing the sr tie in character Luna in slot four, who can knock out a party member with her sk1 That variant ended up with Ilsa having two turns of quad strike, or one turn of triple strike and then two turns of quad, with Rei feeding street king mc double strike (Maybe it's a testament to how unwieldy, or rather slow, Chloe is to use, that this turned into an Ilsa build primarily. Or maybe I'm just biased towards using my angry military waifu.)
