I bought this, the tank wasn't leaking but it did leak a LOT of water both during and after using it... called warranty and a week later its back with 0 issues working perfectly! I personally use mine with a spray bottle for solution, I mix it to the same amounts and manually spray and allow the solution to work in and be agitated, and using only water (distilled) inside the machine to rinse and clean everything up. I wish it had the suction of the Kenmore KW2001 but I really really LOVE the steam function and find it really does clean better between the two and its super portable, the kenmore is a bit heavier but arguably the best machine outside of this one. Edit: Side note, I'd always recommend using the smaller head on BOTH machines for the best suction power, but its really preference to whatever gets you to actually use it and clean and be sure to clean it after every use.
I used to think the Classic Bissell Little Green was the best cleaner, that's why I own 3 of them, and I had little to no complaints until I upgraded to this new Hydrosteam model. This one has all the features that I love about the original Little Green system, but with the power of steam. I think this is genus! I just can't help myself but to think Bissell, what took you so long?! I hope you guys find my review helpful and if you have any questions please let me know. 🧼💦💨
Hi Rose, got a question ... When you clean your carpet and couches, how saturated does it leave them? Are they pretty dry or do you have to allow time for them to dry still? Thank you!!
Hello Diego, the exact time really depends on the material of the things you cleaned, and the temperature around it, but it’s safe to say it takes between 3 to six hours to dry after steam cleaning, but it can sometimes take up to 24 hours. I do however find everything dry faster with this steam cleaner unlike the regular cleaner.

Can it be used to clean dirty areas of sofa sets?
Or, will it get too wet or soggy? Have you tried it on sofas, divans cushions and such?
Help please.
How did you like tile/grout cleaner attachment? Can it steam and then suck?

Now that looks like a neat device, did you get it on sale?
Yes! I got it from Amazon during Amazon prime day sale. It was about $160.
