My friend have done mca distance from NIMS Janakpuri . He was working in pvt sector on the basis of his BCA degree. And then he switched the job after having experience of almost 10 years on hotel industries.. after 24 days of work he was told that his mca degree is fake and from fake university..and he is told that he is terminated. Though he did not get his job on mca degree. He has worked in IT sector in many renowed hotels like radisson for years.. what can we do now?

#brother one doubt,their is a candidate who already completed his 4 years btech course in one college which is affiliated to a particular university but the candidate is having backlogs after coming out of the college(That means after 4 years of Btech).So,my question is
1)Can he take #TRANSFER CERTIFICATE from his previous college and join in other Deemed university?
2.Can he write his Arrears in that Deemed University after joining,and complete his degree??

@help please First of all I want you to not overstress. Is DAV college a government or private?
@help please I don't think it's a fake college, I checked a bit and everything seems fine. You have already checked the list of fake colleges from this video, you can also download latest list from the site, if theres no mention of this college then it's definitely not fake.
Also this college or the group is big, you can't be this big if you are fake. So relax if still not sure just give the college a visit or may be call their hods or dean etc.

1. यूजीसी की वेबसाइट में लिखा है क्वालिटी एजुकेशन फॉर ऑल यानी कि बेहतर शिक्षा सबके लिए मेरा प्रश्न यह है कि क्या यूजीसी सबको बेहतर शिक्षा दे पाता है?
इससे संबंधित कालेजों में सब को दाखिला मिल पाता है।
2. यूजीसी से एफिलेटेड इंस्टीट्यूशंस में प्रवेश
केवल मेरिट के आधार पर दिया जाता है वह भी उपलब्ध सीटों के आधार पर। केवल 3% यूथ पापुलेशन को ही दाखिला मिल पाता है।
3. वीडियो बनाने वाले बताएं बाकी 97%
यूथ को दाखिला कहां मिलेगा?
वे कहां से शिक्षा प्राप्त करें?

My question is . .. if a university is affiliated only with ugc . And the courses in that university doesn't have the affiliations with their respective council. Then, the degree is valid for gov't jobs or not..?
Suppose a university is affiliated only with ugc and the b.tech course of that university is not affiliated with AICTE . Then, is it ok?
Of course your degree is Valid because if your university is approved by UGC (internationally Valid) then it need not necessary to be approved by AICTE.
Thats why IITs are not approved by AICTE.
