I’m i the only one who can hear the inverter buzz while camera gets close to it? (Wearing headphones) 🤔 Thanks for the review mate. Does it have a 240v version for us europeans?
is this sufficient to power the home? Can it be setup using balcony solar power panels? And how long would something like this last for? Is there any sort of regular maintenance to be done for it? and how much does it cost to replace the battery if possible once they are old?
Nice power station. Though being that big and expensive, I'm surprised it doesn't have an internal warmer built in for charging in the cold. Since your transfer switch plug is for 2 phase ac (L14-30P), but the Yeti only provides single phase (TT-30P), are the transfer switches labeled for which are on leg 1 and which are on leg 2 so you know which are not powered? or did you wire them to all be on leg 1 and none on leg 2?
How long have you had this unit now and what are your opinions of it? I had mine for less than a year I was sent one new unit after the initial one because it ended up bricking itself and would not do anything. The second unit was sent back at the 11 month mark because it did the same thing and would not turn on or do anything Goal Zero was very helpful in returning my product for a complete refund but I really enjoyed the actual hardware it was just the software issues I would love to hear other people‘s opinion
They say 10 years if used every day fully empty to fully charged. The old models only lasted like 3 years on average. I had 4 old models, used every day… none lasted longer then 4 years… this new model is almost 3 times longer life… good deal if you need power, but they should have built in battery warmers for winter weather / temps… I would have paid more for an auto warming version.
The 30 amp plug is installed wrong, the way it is installed it will break the door off plus the fact most rv exstention cords are desgined with ground pin down. Eco flow is a far better designed unit compared to this unit.
Killawatt: no spare extension cord or surge protector?

does that say empty in 9.4 hours? at this time frame @11:50
great review! Maybe test the heater with the watt meter on the wall. to see the yeti loss in conversion from DC to AC?
Goal Zero absorbs micro dust so you don't have to inhale it, which is smart!

Does this have a solar connection like the 1000x yeti? And do you feel this would be great for van life?
do you mean the vertical anderson solar input port? HPP?
Please show more 4K on UA-cam video please
Seeing all these people getting things sent to them makes me contemplate my career choices 🤣.
Looks a big lump.
What's it's life expectancy?

It comes with a snowflake warning light! 😂
It sure does! Picking up this box also determines if a "snowflake" is present.
Wish people would more independent review

That is the correct orientation for the NEMA TT30-R outlet. Ground pin on top is standard in the US.
@@the-juice-box that's how mine is, ground up and cable down.
@@the-juice-box But the plug side ways is far easier to route in a small space.
ground pin should always be up. you don't know what the hell you're talking about.
@@jgg204 I guess many years living in a rv makes me stupid.
😒🙄🫢🤭
