Helsingin downhill (in the video) has "open doors" once or twice a year. I'm sure you can find someone to help you there. You could also check out MTBCF. I believe they have group rides for beginners, but it's not really downhill.

To learn by yourself you should ride the whole trail very slowly and check out all the features first. Never full send blindly :)
