BDO| How to Play Archer Part - 2 (After Update Patch Notes - April 19, 2023)

- **This isn't a guide that you must follow step by step. I challenged myself to create a UA-cam tutorial video for ALL the classes so that way while I'm learning a class, it may also help you on your journey!
I have several friends who like to play bdo with just number hotkeys like other MMO's usually do or even just pressing RMB in the wizard to grind because they do not know any easy combos. I admit, BDO combos are not very fun to learn, when the combos are like W+RMB, Shift+LMB, Shift+RMB, etc.
I sincerely wanted to teach them simple tricks in BDO, and that's why I decided to make some easy combo videos so that maybe it can help them as well.
This is just a guide that I presented showcasing the pve/pvp combos that I use. I'm aware other players may use other combos, so if you disagree with anything in this video that is 100% okay, and feel free to share your opinions in the comments below NICELY! And I will add them to my part 2 video if it needs to be changed! :)

Man I’m so used to the old archer, console just got hit with this rework. It’s nice and all but they could have kept the marked bloom spam

im on console and just got these changes today... im kinda sad about ravenous talon... all the other changes are good but i really liked using ravenous in close that part sucks to have to go back to gaping darkness, just my opinion...

I like teaching people what skill add ons to use instead of just showing&telling them what to put on skill add ons! I'll make a guide about it maybe in future if you need help with them!

if u already done the magnus first time, you don't ever have to do it again! ( they just give u the book right away ! :))

For some of the combos what could I swap for kd from double tap on console
Sure! not sure how console works but, if you can add a hotkey or replace these one of the followings, go for it! they all have knockdowns!
awak
-Piercing light
-Tactical strike
-glissade(but only ending animation has kd&long casting)
main skill
-winged strike(might be the best one to use for you!) just sidestep while auto attack (which has knockdown)
if you are close
-Ascending spirit

since archer uses both awak, and main, I would suggest getting tet blackstar for both asap and get duo godr on awak (since archer uses 60% on awak and 40% on main)

its fun class! just high apm and kinda struggling in damage atm! but overall great & fun class

sadly, archer does not need require of ability to aim well since it already has auto aim in the game xD
it's all about understanding the BDO mechanics! which is like pressing
-Shift+F
-Shift+E
-S+LMB
-Shift+LMB
etc stuff like that xD
and hard part about archer is that he uses both weapons of main & awak and also understanding how to change smoothly from awak to main and main to awak.

@@woothewinnerok thanks I’ll check him out. I also heard a skill called marked bloom is no longer spammable. If I start archer now do you think I’ll notice a huge diffeeence between the old archer with marked bloom and the new one
@@misc328 If you did played archer before, then yes I would say you will see a huge difference change between the old archer vs new one
