WORLDS FASTEST i30n! (technically)... Episode 5: OH NO! didn't plan for this!

In this episode, the TMS team faces a setback as the WTAC i30N experiences an engine failure merely one week prior to the World Time Attack Challenge. Despite the setback, our commitment to participating in the event remains strong. We get to work with swapping the engine in the Phatback WTAC i30N.
Follow along as we remove the damaged engine and install a Hyundai Customer Racing TCR Theta 2 racing engine, sourced from HMO Customer Racing and previously used in Bailey Sweeney's race winning Hyundai i30N TCR car.
We completely strip the engine down and explore the catastrophic engine failure. After replacing numerous damaged components, the car was running and ready for another round of testing and tuning at Sydney Motorsports Park, in preparation for the upcoming World Time Attack Challenge 2023.

Yeah it was a massive mess! Fortunately we've not really seen many engine failures in Australia.

Does the TCR engine have upgraded internals at all?

The only difference from the production car and the TCR is the turbo and fuel pump I’m pretty sure
