- Theatre of Light is a Library of Ruina inspired fighting game that is way more complex than the standard “4 M1” games that have taken over Roblox, and I absolutely love it for what it is. This video will go over the game and everything it has, and you should give it a try sometime.

@@effortless4588 if it interests you there is a Lobotomy Corporation roblox game currently called "TILLCS Beta" and I know that "Allusions" has some Library of Ruina weapons.
Other than that, I don't really know any Project Moon inspired games. The number of games is small on Roblox, but honestly with the popularity of Limbus Company more will probably pop-up over time so keep a lookout :)

What I love about TOL is that it's somehow Fun to lose, and not many fighting games manage that. This game is Really good.

It's very hard to beat
But still fun
It kinda depends what you end up fighting lol. There are some close matchups where it’s absolutely fun to win and lose, but there’s also times where you get completely shut down by an assassin and can’t do anything, and then it gets a little annoying. I definitely agree with you though.

@@YouDoRecogniseThem i played WOL for the first time 3 days ago, and I can already tell you that the game is actually trash. The game's combat is relatively ping based, so if you have bad ping, you are not landing a combo, but whats even funnier, if the enemy is lagging, you're not landing combos anyway 💀 they'll slip out.
The other is the design of the characters, dont get me wrong, the skills and effects visually look pretty darn cool, and the characters too, however.. gameplay wise? Mostly unfun nonsense, the balance is nonexistent as some characters will have direct counters to each other, or some have far too many advantages over all others(ranger). I tried my best to cope and find some silver linings to this game but its just not possible, its no wonder the game isnt popular.
Couldnt edit but regarding above, you wont land combos unless you have high magnet attacks and aoe, so im p sure not every class has the issue

The owner has said they most likely won’t be adding patron librarians or colored fixers into the game. So red mist, black silence, blue reverb aren’t likely.

Just wait until they add "The Black Silence" boasting 9 different weapons and a special attack called furioso if they do so he is gonna be really hard to play

When they add the scorched girl and red shoes people are gonna have lots of fun with the status effects.
Red shoes would make vigilante broken, lol.
Scorched Girl cards would probably make Vanguard a more popular choice.
Either they add more lower floor cards or they decide to do the first cards for each floor, in which case...

it has dark magic / strife vibes from back in the day
game is good but holy shit does it need balancing and polish, assasin is braindead (spam unpunishable dash and tp for free win) and vanguard, the input reader for samurai ult is inconsistent garbage, i can reliably hit it on backstage but on main game it always lags out, combos in general are removed if your opponent lags even a little bit, they WILL fly out of every single one
The owner has stated that he will be adding new moves to assassin to make it less of a spam 1 move to win.

True, Black Magic 2 is an absolute beast of a game to learn, and I still haven’t fully figured out any combos except for Kurai. Forgot about that game but it is incredibly hard.
@@NoobEternally In my opinion, Kurai is prolly the easiest to learn same level as Revenant, the hardest is Virtue.

Bro this is not complicated 😭 Its just space, spam, 1, 2. Braindead ass combos, some classes are worse than others, assassin is broken and also vanguard bro, IT IS NOT HARD, IT ISN'T COMPLICATED EITHER BRO. 💀
assassin is more balanced out by slower speed and if you can parry, its easy to parry its first attack and skill 1 but still its infinite combo and vanguard is just broken

@@abdirahimahmed-hg2mn “if you can parry” that’s cool, love fighting an assassin who just needs to press q for a long distance 10-12 dmg unpunishable move that has the largest hit box known to man while playing a character who don’t got a block skill then just dashes back out to repeat

I won’t defend assassin because it’s absolutely brain dead, and I agree that vanguard is sort of broken, but the combos in this game are nowhere near as braindead as other Roblox fighting games.
Having to time attacks and press a bunch of different buttons is way more complex than “3 M1s + Cursed Slashes + 3 M1 + Cursed Stab + Cursed Smash” which is the standard of Roblox today. ToL at least requires you to learn a different combo for every class, unlike other games where you’ll immediately know what moves create what combos.
This game has its own system of combat. Practically everything else on Roblox except for a FEW games (Black Magic 2, and others can add to the list) do not. That’s why I call it complicated.

Stolen assets doesn't mean bad game. It's not stolen if it's from the studio library, that's the point of the library. If it's ripped straight from another game that doesn't have it's assets in the library without permission. Then it's stolen.
