I really miss the 2017 c ops, tried coming back to the game multiple times but it's just not what it used to be, a very sad downfall of such a great game, hope the devs polish the character models one day...

I also remember my good ole cops beginning days were I only played tdm and not rank and I really grew to love the game at that time
Learning how to become better in tdm and getting positive feedback from others on my gameplay inspire me to improve and continue with the game

Ye me i was here since 2016
I started at 2015 but only played for a month and took a break, I came back to play the game to realise that it was on mobile in 2016 I really miss the old animations, sounds, old operative names and guns. I remember when back then everyone was a noob it was so easy and simple, meeting new friends and building a clan [Silv] Australian 2017-2018 clan with them having fun etc and one by one they started leaving and never seen again( they’re accounts have been terminated due to inactivity for 2 years) 2018 the end of the golden era was decent but it was falling due to enormous amounts of hackers! Took a break the whole year for 2020 and half of 2021 because of cringey toxicity and dramas and somehow I’m better than my old skills having a break from the game taught me to relearn and learn from my old rush play style😭😀

Oh btw you should've included the first ever event, winter fest 2017 and the time they released emblems, gloves and grenade skins. Those were pretty big imo

2015, mum's basement, pentium processor pc, that's what I played my first game of c ops on.
Now I'm in college, have a decent phone and have been playing for 4-5 years on and off.

I remember playing this for the first time on a dell pc on fb, and seeing this how it evolved it gives so much nostalgia, especially since I lost all my skins even when connecting accounts

I really miss the old croutch .. The old Fov .. they really changed a lot of things in the game, but they broke the game with the changes. They just changed what was good about the game and posed the game in an ugly way in my opinion.

You know.. There's a lot of stuff I wished they kept throughout the years. Sound affects when you die, checking stats, etc

I started playing this game back in 2016 and left it in 2019. God those memories, it saddens me to see the current state of the game, I want them to bring back the daily challenge thing for free credits.
The game feels nostalgic to me tho
I started in 2017 and left in 2019. Those were the best years (exclude 2018). Then I left and came back in November 2021 (I didn't have phone since March 2020 till July 2021). I was shocked at how much the things changed. I was hit by a wave of nostalgia and memories. It was still a good game. There wasn't anything to be disappointed at. But just...Idk...It was not the same... Then I left after a month or so and came back in April 2022 and since then I am playing almost constantly. I avoid competitive. The community is so toxic full of 8 year old children. In custom I can actually enjoy it... But... It is not the same.
2017-2018 (before CFE introduced Raid map, changed menu and added critical pass) were THE best years. Unfortunately, after live LAN in Seattle, when Gankstars won, CFE decided to r.i.p. the competitive scene of the game

From 2018 and on the game went downhill in popularity
If only they created all these new things earlier the game would still be popular. It suffered so bad from lack of content, no tournaments, and bad anticheat.

I met all my first cops friends and really grew to love the game
Then friends quit and it sucked alot I was kinda sad cause I felt like it was just me

I started playing in mid-2015 , C-Ops was available Facebook games and free games websites (I was very young at the time, played mostly on facebook because thats all i know and i have no knowledge of Steam or Pirating) The moment I saw the footages of 2016, Nostalgia just slapped me hard, I played mostly in PC before 2018, I played barely in 2018 and I completely stopped playing in 2019, after 3 years hiatus, I came back 4 days ago, somehow, I’m still fairly decent and getting used to the new scoped rifles, call out button thing, and entirely revamped legacy, and new maps. This video is hella nice for putting old footages of the game. God I miss that old sharp edges scope uratio tho and the old UI for loadout.

Started to play on 2016. Then everything changed. The fonts, the UI's, Chest Menus, and of course, team characters. The game was better back then. But now i dont have the same fun as i had back then.

Cant believe this game literally looks like a modded CS 1.6 Back in 2014,also the old player models are so nostalgic, i remember the purple uratio was the "pro" skin and the SG551 is considered a noob gun. Also the old menu gives me so much NOSTALGIA, bro that bureau background is just beaitiful

I missed the times when both sides had the same weapons.. i was around when before brewery was added but i stopped playing for awhile, now I'm just shocked at the changes they made in the game

@@megamanwins2016 Standoff was always inferior to me (it only has better graphics), and I started to hate that game. But in Cops you can at least play custom games for fun lor against bits.

Damn i really miss critical 2016, i had a friend who was playing with me all days and we were team to completé missions and get free credits, my first knife got than that was so happy moments to me i hope my friend doing well and succes on his life, i hope he remember me to, we lost contact in 2018 becuase update lost friends :( love this game brings back my memories the first game i played in my life :(

You are right. The year 2019 was really a good year for Critical ops. So many new maps were introduced (the one I regard the most is Park). Back then I loved that map altough it was only available for Sharpshooter mode which was a part of Summer '89 event in July, August and September. That was the best time to play this game and I remember spending my summer holiday playing it the whole day at Park, Heat or Raid. Sometimes I would just load the game to chill with Summer '89 synthwave theme song which sometimes I chill with even today. I really miss that whole year, especially that summer. Amd I miss 2019 from Critical Ops. Literally the only game that never has disappointed me. The only game that I did not try to cheat in in any way, even before anti-cheat system was introduced.
Summer '89 was my favourite event and I would like to buy all the skins featured for that even, vut I could have never bought it. Hope those will be mine soon.
