In this vlog I have tried something different. I am sharing glimpses of how Holi Festival i.e. Shimga is celebrated in the interiors of Maharashtra.
Specifically at Villages in Maharsahtra and some parts of GOA. I am a daughter in law of this gaon named Dudgeon and every year me with my family join the celebration of Holi aka Shimga.
Our gaon is one of the very beautiful place in Satara tehsil Mahabaleshwar. It has all picture perfect views. We did came across some Peacocks while taking the stroll but was not able to capture them in my camera.
I am delighted to share this experience with you guys who are like my family too. this will take you little bit closer to our customs and traditions.
It took time to edit and spare time to record things. I am trying something new here as I feel it's good to share our culture and traditions with the world which keeps us rooted and connected to our traditions.
