Just a small correction: the Árpád flag (the red and white striped one) is not a symbol of the far-right. It is one of the oldest symbols of the hungarian nation, actually represents Hungary's first royal family, the Árpád dynasty. So it has more than 1000 years of relevance. Also, it was utilized by some far-right movements in the past century and this makes a lot of confusions, but I don't think it's right to say it represents extremist movements nowadays.
This year will be the 450th anniversary :). It is a pilgrimage, and in the hot, you get into a trance, it is a religious ceremony. The longest/oldest rout is from Gyimesközéplok, 40kms there and 40kms back,, over a mountain, starting at 4am, and arriving at 11:30am holding a wake during the night with many others.
