You kind of naturally pick out a favorite, maybe one thats funny, one that appeals to your personality, etc. And you may not be aware of it! And just because you have a bias doesn't necessarily mean you don't love the other members but its always ok to have a favorite. And fam its low key fun having a bias, you feel more connected to the group, so if you watch behind the scenes things or shows with exid you can easily find your bias (and its better to have a bias based on personality rather than looks). I don't exactly have a bias because i'm a girl and idk why but it just doesn't appeal. I usually just pick the funniest one when it comes to girl groups... its much more complicated for me to pick a bias for a guy group lol T^T
