The Sony 510 is an On-Ear headphone, this is an over the ear headphone, so they are too different to be compared

Can you tell me the volume? High or its Not loud? And the bass is it better than Sony Mdr xb55ap?
The volume is adequate, if you expect the volume to go beyond what your ears can handle, then no it won't go that far, i don't know the bass of the Sonys, but it's not a heavy bass at all, it just sounds very good, without any distortion. Actually i'm not that happy with them, because they dont go completely around the ear, so after 2-3 hours your ears hurt, so i'm not sure i can recommend them anymore
BRO I GOT A QUESTION, the left Headphone/ear do not twist? I bought two models and both of them dont twist the Left ear (sorry for my English)

Is Philips SHB7250 better when it comes to sound quality, bass etc...?
I haven't tried those Phillips, but after some long term use of these from my review, i wouldn't really recommend them for people using them hours per day, because the cups don't go completely over the ears, so after 1,5-2 hours of use, your ears start to hurt pretty bad sometimes
In philips shb there is no bass and is not a good quality

How to fix the power off issues? After 10 minutes of playing a music, the device gets disconnected
I have never had that issue, so i cannot help you
try factory reset and make sure the headphone is fully charged

Havent tried it, but usually these headset microphones are only usable for calls og maybe voice chat in a game. it wont be usable for creating youtube videos and things like that

I had the same problem first time i tried to pair them, just retry, and wait when pairing them it could take some time before it turns up on the computer

These are the worst headphones I've ever heard. No bass even when the bass button is pressed. Not comfortable to wear. Flimsy crap wire. Prefer to use my broken ones with only one headphone working, that's how trash they are.
Maybe an equalizer can make it sound better
