Can you explain the difference between the pronunciation of क्लिप्त and कॢप्त? Or precisely between लि and ऌ
3:56
Exactly what I am trying to know
@@pgggg844 Hey I had watched another video which was helpful for me. So basically it was explained there that when we try to pronounce ल without touching the tongue to any part of the mouth we get this unique sound लृ
The link is ua-cam.com/video/zYKyj56VkgE/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared
@@pgggg844 hey
Plz I want Sundarakandam slokam from the beginning
Thank you so much for the video!! I have been looking for this explanation forever! However while I knew that ऌ is not the same as लृ - I still didn’t get the clarity I was looking for. Hopefully you can clarify. Is ऌ the same in sound as ळ? Or is it just that कॢ is similar to क्ल sound rather than क्ळ sound? I haven’t seen the ळ letter being used anywhere in Sanskrit. So I’m wondering if the only difference is that ऌ is a vowel while ळ is a consonant (but doesn’t exist in Sanskrit)? Also what’s the difference between ऌ and ॡ vowels. Thank you so much and your answer will be very much appreciated.
She has covered this in one of the previous videos where she has said it is seen in Rig Veda only.
In future tense is it लृट् लकारः or ऌट् लकारः। Another लकारः is printed in all books which I have seen is लृङ् लकारः। is this printed wrongly and should it be correctly printed as ऌङ् लकारः, and what does it mean?
Mam please explain where to plce the tongue for ऌ
🙏🙏🙏
How is the ऌ sound different from ल्? In terms of वर्णउच्चारस्थान?
❤
What is the meaning of the Sanskrit sentence "Aakasha bhavantam pratikshatey"
How is this different from consonant L?
The future tense is called ऌट् लकारः or is it लृट् लकारः?
It’s लृट् (lR)
Correct me if i'm wrong
Its sounds like 'क्लिप्तम'
Why to use that letter "ऌ".
What is the meaning of that padham klupta getting repeated in all your references
Respected ma'am
Please tell me correct pronunciation of
हं, रं यं लं रां
,🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Then what is the difference between लृ and लु ? I am not happy with your explanation bhagini because Sanskrit sounds came much much before scripts came to existence. Please explain clearly
That’s exactly the point ‘Sanskrit sounds came much before scripts’. This sound ‘l’ was later represented with the letter as shown in the video. But since it looks similar to लृ which is ल् + ऋ some people started pronouncing it as ‘lr’. Check with people who studied Sanskrit in Gurukulams or anyone who studied the language under proper guidance they will say that it is pronounced as ‘l’. If you ask people who studied Sanskrit from books they will say it is ‘lr’ because it looks like that letter. But actually it is not. Now people have become script-based. But Samskritam is parampara-based.
