MAJORLY UNSAFE! This week, we are conducting an EICR test on this tiny 1 bed apartment in York. Though it may be small, there are some huge issues with this place. The bathroom electrics were not IP rated, there was a major fire hazard in the living room, and many of the sockets and cables were either damaged or unsuitable. Watch the whole video to see all the glaring faults in this compact property, I can't believe there was so many!

@@YoungBobby98 yeah so daft some people! Was a weird test that one. Was the smallest flat test but still had a big board with loads of circuits 😂 I like the 4 way boards, sockets, lights, cooker, immersion. Love them every day
