I don’t feel condemned, but man it just pricked something in my hear.
Excellent message! I especially love the last story about the $50 bill. My grandson is in prison and attended church all his life. It was a shock to us when he was arrested. Since being incarcerated two years ago, he has received the Lord and now is a worship leader in a unit of believers at the prison. I don't know what the future holds for him, but I know God has something special because of this time in his life where he made some mistakes and has repented. He is still valued above rubies and is a child of God!

Another great one from Rick. I am shocked that he didn't mention 1John 4:1,2. Which explains how to "test the spirits" you may be hearing. Rick is pretty big on scripture, so I'm just surprised that he didn't use this in the end when talking about the 6 ways to distinguish the different voices you're hearing. Just sayin'

What is your church Name
I'd like to offer some thoughts for consideration to anyone who reads this comment with regards to the notion of audible communication from God.
Fact 1: To my humble knowledge of Scripture, there appears to be no statement from Jesus, from the Apostles, or anyone in the New Testament stating that God would ever vocally communicate to Christians.
Fact 2: To my humble knowledge of Scripture, there is no recorded account in the Scripture, of God communicating vocally to a Christian.
Fact 3: To my humble knowledge of Scripture, we appear to be instructed that we have everything God wants us to know through Scripture according to 2 Timothy 3:16.
I can't challenge the personal experiences of anyone who proclaims to have heard God speak to them, but I only ask that we thoroughly consider Scripture in these matters, and continually make sure we remember Scripture is the foundation of connection with God, and that one can always know what God wants from them through Scripture without having to make guesses about it.

Are you willing to use your God given ability to reason and listen to both sides? Does Hitler sound like many Christians today? (Not me or you of course.) Hitler said most people
are not able to reason. They are
children and must be taught to hate. People are feeble minded. They quickly forget. He must simplify everything into slogans and
stereotypes and repeat them until the masses of people remember and
repeat. He must make people believe we
are the only ones that can give them what they want. He must tell them, “I want to bring back peace,
calm and order to this land." “Our task is not to use reason to determine the truth. That favors our opponents. We must not investigate the truth
but only say whatever helps us. Truth doesn't matter. Whoever wins will not be
asked whether he told the truth. Our

To what extent is
Trump (and other politicians) like Hitler? They both used fear mongering and fiery
rhetoric designed to heighten emotions and alter beliefs. Hitler said
those that were not the white Aryan race

Trump calls Hispanics “murderers and rapists,” “Islam hates us,” and he
demonizes the “liberal media.” They both used their country's flag, the

nationalistic symbols in parades, speeches and rallies. All
soldiers took an oath swearing "unconditional obedience" to
Hitler. Trump demands loyalty to him. If someone tells the truth about Trump or instead is guided by science they are demoted or fired.
Conservatives knew Hitler would fight the liberals, but they thought a dictatorship would be impossible
because Germany had democracy and freedom of speech. Even Jews believed
"Nobody would dare to touch [their] constitutional rights". But, British Ambassador Rumbold saw the
larger, more accurate picture. "Hitler may be no statesman but he is an
uncommonly clever and audacious demagogue and fully alive to every popular
instinct." America, be mindful of history so it doesn't repeat itself.
Christians do not be
fooled by wolves in sheep's clothing. "Today
Christians stand at the head of this country. I pledge that I never will tie myself to parties who want to destroy Christianity
... We want to fill our culture again with the Christian spirit … We want to
burn out all the recent immoral developments in literature, in the theater, and
in the press - we want to burn out the
poison of immorality which has entered into our whole life and culture as a
result of liberal excess during the past few years.” [The Speeches of Adolph

I do like this church, lots of great advice, but wow what a lot of boasting at the beginning of this video Be careful to not let the success get to your head. The success should belong to God that your church is growing. I would hate to see church fall.
Who are the wise builders? Which is "this temple" referred to? Is it what the Jews said 46 years to build it? Or is it what the man Christ our Lord Jesus said 3 days to raise it up? Who is "this rock" referred to? Is it Apostle Peter? Or is it what Apostle Peter replied to the man Christ our Lord Jesus? Well! The man Christ our Lord Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?' And then will I declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness'... Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. Can an error correct it? No! Can correct correct it? Of course! If the man Christ Jesus our Lord said (to those who seen the form of Jesus and heard the voice of Jesus), "He who has seen me has seen the Father... And the Father who sent me has himself borne witness about me. His voice you have never heard, his form you have never seen..." Is the Father in the Son...? Or do the Son and the Father are one...? Or is the arm of the Father also the arm of the Son, and the arm of the Son also your arm? Well! As the man Christ Jesus our Lord said, "My Father who sent me is with me. He has not left me alone, for I do the things that ara pleasing to him... Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of his own accord, but only what he sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, that the Son does likewise... I can do nothing on my own. As I hear, I judge, and my judgment is just, because I seek not my own will but the will of him who sent me. If I alone bear witness about myself, my testimony is not true. There is another who bears witness about me, and I know that the testimony that he bears about me is true... Yet even if I do judge, my judgment is true, for it is not I alone who judge, but I and the Father who sent me. In your Law it is written that the testimony of two people is true... So, not all messengers are sent for the sake of salvation, nor for the sake of truth, unless they are of the same Father the only true God of Abraham, of Isaac, of Israel, of the man Christ our Lord Jesus... and they are of one Father the only true God, and that is, Yahweh our Father the only true God who anoints them with his Spirit... Otherwise messengers of divisions who divide the truth about God into three parts through speculations, by flip-flopping into duality, then misquoting into one what is only as one what is union, misrepresenting into image what is life as image what is death, misleading into ‘I am he' who is God as ‘I am he' who is Christ whom God has sent, deceiving into 'I am Lord of lords...' who is God as 'I am Lord of lords...' who is Christ whom God has sent, misinterpreting into 'I am the Alpha and the Omega...' who is God as 'I am the first and the last...' who is Christ whom God has sent... Is not God greater than man, nor the Father greater than all, nor the Father greater than the Son, nor the one who sent geater than the one who is sent? Of course no! Is God our God of confusions? Of course not! Know therefore that Yahweh our Father the only true God is God and not man and never dies and greater than man; and man is a man and not God and may die and not greater than God, but must be a man or son of man who hears the truth from God, and that is, must have one true God to be God to him and to us all people of God, or must have the same Father to be a Father to him and to us all children of God... Then comes the end, when Christ the Son delivers the kingdom to God the Father after destroying every rule and every authority and power. For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. The last enemy to be destroyed is death. For ‘God has put all things in subjection under the feet of Christ.’ But when it says, ‘All things are put in subjection’, it is plain that this does not include God who put all things in subjection under Christ. We hear the voice of God ONLY through scripture. Any man who says otherwise is preaching the gospel of Satan and should be marked and avoided as scripture commands us. This is "another doctrine" that Paul spoke about. Many of Warren's doctrine is not only unsound, but is heretical. There's nothing wrong with you if you don't hear God's audible or still voice directing your every path. Remember , God is fully capable of conveying any message or teaching he has for us all by himself. He tells us all we need to know in his Holy Word. So don't be discouraged if God isn't directing you where to park, who to minister to, which chapter you should read etc. Just read your Bible. Every time you do, you ARE hearing from God. You aren't lacking faith. "Faith comes by hearing, and hearing BY THE WORD OF GOD." Peace.
