I did a co Ed volleyball thing with some other high schoolers and it wasn’t serious, it was all fun. We had someone there who was a senior and probably 5’1. I kid you not he jumped the height of the net. I have never seen anyone jump as high as he did. It was crazy

He has vertical jumps and is the monster of it
tbh nishida's jump is high but is not something super surprising (33 inches) but what makes him the "tiny giant" is his SPIKE height which is added to his already decent height of 6 1. 6 1 is short for volleyball but he is still tall for the majority of the population.
Admiral Casual nishida does not have a 33 inch vert man, it's at least 40 inches

I used to jump over basketball hoop when I was young
So Hinata is 163 (162.8) cm and can jump 333cm in a standard jump of his (not including his highest canonical jump which he achieves in the manga during quarter finals and after time skip arc). *333cm is about 11 feet* (10.93). He is about 5’3 (5.34 ft) this means, he is nearly reaching 6 FEET INTO THE AIR. AN ENTIRE .4FT HIGHER THAN TWO OF HIM STACKED TOGETHER IN TOTAL (10.68FT). All of this is measured without incorporating his wingspan or arm length. To calculate his individual arm length you’d need torso width and subtract it from the total wingspan and then divide the remaining sum by 2 (obviously bc he has 2 arms n all.). Even then, he is able to consistently and regularly spike at a peak of 11ft. Now you know why everyone’s fucking impressed when this lil dude is jumping over double his goddamn height, and over these 6ft bastards lmao. Technically when the arm length is left as a variable, it’s hard to say how high his ‘head/body’ is actually reaching. As his arm is what reached 333cm (10.93 ft) it’s a grey area when you state how high he actually jumps. Either way *he’s capable of spiking to a height of 11 FEET...* _JUST THINK ABOUT THAT FOR A WHILE._

I think you could only go up to around 5 times your weight which should be 5-6 ft maximum.
