A little explanation. Michael didn't forgive Clara, because he always thought that a mother should be loving and showing good reputation thowards thier children. Knowing that, Michael was very upset Clara wasn't the mother he wanted to have William is not the father of missing children, only Cassidy is adoptive daughter, but she forgave William because she always wanted to die. Charlie also forgave him but only because she knows the reason why William did that Suzie, Fritz and Jeremy gave William second chance to prove he's worth getting forgiven. Other reason is that they have no point to hold the grudge after such a long time Gabriel is the only one that haven't forgave William and he doesn't plan to do so
