@SR.A I was wondering how he was going to bypass that, so whatever brokerage he was going through could have sent him a letter saying he broke a margin rule the first day then a PDT rule the second. Hopefully he doesn't get into legal trouble. I didn't even think that, that was the reason the bot wasn't trading. Kind of thought he would add like 5k into the acc and making the bot only trade with 1k everyday.

what do you need explaining ? Its all about strategy he used. Code is quite simple. Gather data from API and then decide when to buy and when to sell. I think more interesting is trying this for about month, with 3-4 more bots which each bot used different strategy and than compare them pros vs cons. One week is short. But 2% is very good, good job man. Please make more videos about this.

If you use the stock market history you could actually test your strategies, like really test them, against real life situations. Of course, the past is no guarantee for the future but stocks are still controlled by people. which is how strategies come to be.

I was actually thinking of doing something similar: record a week's worth of data, train various neural networks on it to earn the most, then run it on the next week's data. Repeat until you get a consistant percentage over the week.
Then give the different Neural Networks 10$ each, put them on a pi zero, and let them run for a few weeks. Transfer all the money to the four best performers.
