I've used this type of stick shape mixer, but it really sucks...lack of speed adjustability. Try Kitchenaid Hand Mixer, trust me, it won't let you down
I forgot to ask you the other day, please let me know why is that I can’t bring the water/sugar solution to 106 degrees? Temperature stayed at 102 even after boiling for more than 6 minutes. Glazing tastes good but not glossy. Thanks.
No, not in China unless somebody’s birthday! Would be odd to buy cake as present here! But could buy small cup cakes for children of the person you visit.

今天做了外婆的妈妈的蛋糕，超级好吃！第一次成功的做出来了糖汁，拿了温度计，眼睁睁的等着106度的出现....中途差点放弃😆，认为100度就真的不可以吗？🤨，后来还是坚持了一下，终于等到了110度的出现，关火，放巧克力。成功了！太有成就感了！再次谢谢小胡外婆的妈妈的配方！😂😂😂

奥地利人基本都会自己做蛋糕，去聚会或有朋友来家里都是吃自己做的蛋糕，很少买整个蛋糕送给别人，就像评论里说的就好像在中国买速冻水饺去别人家一样，有点奇怪😂 视频里的蛋糕像是家庭版的萨赫蛋糕，只是少了中间的黄杏果酱，杏仁碎是口感上也更有层次。淋面会有些甜，但蛋糕本身不是特别甜，这样搭配刚刚好。也想问问你们喜欢吃什么样的蛋糕？去朋友家或生日聚会会带什么样的蛋糕呢？
