- Is it possible to become enlightened by a look, a hug or a touch of a saint? Is there a process to enlightenment or is enlightenment an elusive state which only a lucky few are chosen to receive?
Is there such a thing as Original Sin? That Adam and Eve created the first sin, and Jesus came thousands of years later and removed that sin? What does that mean for your personal self esteem and your own control over your fate? Can some person come and put their hands on your head and make you enlightened? Or do you have to make your own self effort and win your own hard-won gold?

Yogiraj is considered an illumined living master and solar seer, and helps sincere practitioners of yogic meditation awaken to higher levels of consciousness through chakra awakening/activation and esoteric practices of Himalayan yoga.
Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath was born on May 10, 1944 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. He has been meditating since the age of 3, and spent his early years in the Himalayas amongst the HamsaNath yogis, in whose presence he was transformed. The divine transformation flowered after his deep and personal experiences in 1961 and 1967 with the yogi-christ Mahavatar Shiv-Goraksha-Babaji, the same spiritual master described in Yogananda's Autobiography of a Yogi. He has a wife of 30+ years, Gurumata Shivangani, with whom he built by hand the Hamsa Yoga Sangh Ashram (Spiritual Retreat) outside the city of Pune, near Bombay, India. They have two sons, and two grandchildren.
Yogiraj teaches yogic meditation for the evolution of human consciousness. These perennial practices of yoga are the most ancient closely guarded sacred practices of the Himalayan yogis and masters from time immemorial. They help the practitioner gradually transform him/herself into the likeness of his/her own divinity.
This ancient art and science has been a way of life for rare yogis and ascetics of India and abroad who have sacrificed everything in the search for their own inner Truth, their inner Godessence. Today, Yogiraj demonstrates in his own life and livingness, that powerful spiritual practice can be integrated with family life and a career. By the blessings of Babaji, Yogiraj teaches these techniques, which he collectively calls "The Alchemy of Total Transformation" to sincere seekers throughout the world, who wish to integrate these practices into their daily life, without the necessity of giving up worldly pursuits.

Yes, that is Kriya's purpose. Ana Pana Sati (Pran Apan) is essentially Kriya Yog: /watch?v=x8xKAcRK5qk Buddha had this technique and also two gurus who were Alara Kalama and Udraka Rāmaputra. The history is fascinating but often debated. An Avatar is a Buddha: the involution of the Divine into mortal form and Gurunath is an Avatar.

Enlightenment means to realize our life-force which is actually deathless and eternal. This is the great secret. Right now we are so attached to out bodies we can't comprehend this life-force. When we finally realize it we will be in samadhi, 24/7. It can't leave us because we have always been this force. But we didn't know this before our enlightenment. This was primordial avidya or ignorance.

Looking to outward things for fulfillment brings temporary satisfaction. Finding happiness, freedom (liberation) and enlightenment requires determination and commitment toward realizing within that which is eternal joy.
Fulfillment is found in respecting one's little self while moving beyond it and identifying with the Eternal Self. It is awakening into the knowing; it is identifying the Self. Christening. OM

Some commentors here need enlightenment and bliss consciousness so they will see this worls is really a cosmic dream and has little to do with the reality behind it.
This is such an advance practice and I wonder if we the normal people are even worthy of it? Usualy it was given only to chosen few after years of practise...as I heard.
