The only reason the round brush didn't work for you then is because you had already used the flat one and your hair was dry. If you use it from wet/damp hair then it would work as well as the other one. Such beautiful hair you have. This dryer is taking the world by storm.

@@Orwellwascorrect this is much more affordable than the Dyson. You have the option to do payment plans though affirm. I used affirm to get my mattress last year and I had no issues with the company. If you genuinely are interested it’s not bad to look into it.
I hope the Dyson is a little worried. The cost of a dyson is a big ripoff. Shark is dominating and I am here for it!

If you ever want your curls to stay curly a bit longer rather than falling into a blowout as fast, i recommend putting mousse in your hair while its about 95% dry then using the curling attachment
@@vp8881 Personally, I really enjoy the Unite Elevate Mousse, some other good ones in my opinion are the Amika Plus Size Perfect Body Mousse, Ouai Air Dry Foam for thicker hair and the Living Proof Full Thickening Mousse for fine hair
We have a Shark Vacuum and are a family with 5 kids, 5 cats and two dogs and our Shark has lasted the longest of any vacuum we have ever had. So just from a durablility standpoint I feel like Shark is a GREAT brand. I would trust it just on this point alone.

I bet anything they didn’t last long, but two changes and you can easily fix that! First, don’t get your hair as dry before you start curling. I’m sure you were just playing with all the attachments, but it will curl better and last longer if you let the curling barrel do the smoothing and drying. And second, turn off the dryer before you release the curl!

My birthday is coming up next week and I was originally planning on gifting myself the dyson but I've decided I'm going to get the shark instead. The price is so much more reasonable and it feels so similar that I feel like I won't miss out on anything. Anyway, loved the review!

The important take away is to use one tool on damp hair. They are drying tools, so should be used on damp hair. Your hair looks beautiful.
Can someone please tell me if they cause any heat damage? I’m on a healthy hair journey and trying to avoid as much heat as I can. If these things air dry I’d love to get one but if damage is same as heat tools then what’s the hype? Someone please give me nice long explanation 🙏🏻😄

Shark is the same company as Ninja, and honestly, we love ninja products. They really do things better than any other company and their products are high-quality and long lasting so it makes sense that they would make a cool product with this. We recently purchased the best coffee maker I’ve ever owned in my life and it’s a ninja product.

If you turn off the drier before you release the curl it will keep the curl better and the hair will be smoother too

Hi Sloan! Would love to know how this compares to the Luxx Air Pro! Shark doesn’t ship internationally so I’m planning on ordering the Luxx one instead. I have similar hair type with you and worried that the round brush won’t work for me too. The diameter seems too wide for my straight hair. 😢

I used hairspray, & they ended up falling to look more like a voluminous blowout, rather than actual curls! I like that look though!

Only the black one comes with a travel case but I’m pretty sure you can buy a seperate case for the lighter one

One question: how do you have 4 different attachment?
When I go to website I can only select up to 3, but it seems like everyone on internet has 4!
I believe you’re looking at the tool for curly hair…if you go their site, there should be two options to choose from!
I picked the round brush, flat brush and the curlers. And the normal blow dryer one came with it for free. I noticed it was an option whwn ordering but I'm glad I didn't pick it and one of my 3 options, because in the end I got it anyway. 💁♀️
I was looking at blow dry attachment, round brush, paddle brush and curling wands!

They are not meant to be full on curls, they are mean to fall out to be a “blow out” style, if that makes sense?

I would say they lasted me about a good 3-4 hours. not bad for my first time using this tool in my opinion! I’m going to keep practicing with it 😌
