If you ever want to photoshop, stretch/slim your self then save the photo and re load it on photoshop and clone the wall from the original photo and place it on top. Or you could cut yourself out of the photo put it on a plain background stretch/slim it. Then cut yourself of the playing background and put the photoshopped body on top of your old body. Or you could just be ok with your natural figure.
