Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
½ cup sugar (white or brown)
1 egg
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg until smooth.
3️⃣ Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet.
4️⃣ Use a fork to press down on each ball, making a crisscross pattern.
5️⃣ Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly golden.
6️⃣ Let them cool for a few minutes before enjoying!
