Organising the Harkles would be an impossible and thankless task. Meghan lives for drama and chaos by starting multiple projects but finishing none, so an Organizational nightmare for any person.
The Harkles never disappoint in being stupid. If your COF quits and clearly hated the job, don't put out unflattering PR that makes him feel he needs to clarify publicly in order to maintain his employability. A simple "We appreciate his contribution to Archewell and wish him well" would suffice for anyone with common sense. Clearly, he has A LOT of negative things to say about the Harkles' operation.

@@jilliegirlie Exactly! And then he feels his reputation has been diminished. The last thing any sane person wants is for a disgruntled former employee to feel he needs to clap back in response to the Harkles' unwise attempts to save face. Their egos drive too much of what they do.

Quite honestly, if I was a boss looking for a senior member of staff I would have to wonder why anyone with senior management experience would take a position with this pair knowing how they seem to have a revolving door that staff depart from as quick as possible. High turnover of staff always smacks of bad bosses.
Often people in prominent positions feel they can fix what others have been unsuccessful at correcting?? I’ve worked with excellent CEOs and CFOs and have also worked with more individuals who are sure they’re able to fix anything! They’re seemingly not able to see the problem or that they can’t fix the problem either until on the job! I’m sure he’s excellent at his job. However, no one can fix lazy grifters who fail to be truthful or honest about their intentions, mistakes or failures. He may have believed that they could not possibly be that lazy, disorganized or dishonest with their continual attempts to become successful in one of their business models or ventures! The Columbia trip may have been his eye opener to their asking countries for an invitation, and to foot the entire trip??? While allegedly being willing to donate to the country?? Then not paying the donation??? How sad to be in the situation he was in?? Then resign and have the grifters say it a mutual agreement?? As if he wasn’t doing his job ???
