I knew a lot of insane 1v1 players that weren't that great at sniping online but unbeatable in 1v1s because they knew all the spawns and how to hold you in whatever part of the map you were in.

My point is just that MW2 doesn't have bad input delay, they were only getting 60fps since they were playing on console but MW2 runs very consistently at 60fps on a 360, probably the smoothest cod of that generation.
