According to another commenter, this is the same building that Violet's tale was done in. The staircase he walks down here is the same one he looks up into in the Tale. This is also a one take, recorded by Luke Flegg instead of Samuel. And yes the acoustic version is wonderful (and funny at the end!) :)
Hey big fella, glad you enjoyed the fun side of Ren and friends, and indeed they were a bunch of his friends who participated. Ren and Co also delight in dropping a few easter eggs in these type of videos. In the opening scene you see a board with Animal rules laid out, a call back to Orwell's Animal Farm. you see a man (Victim) shackled, allegedly the guy Ren kidnapped in Murderer, waiting for his turn on the pig butcher's chopping block. It was indeed a one live shot, but many takes to capture the right one. Ren is a perfectionist, and chooses locations to suit his acoustics. Some are shot in the early hours of the morning, streets, alleys etc. You are going to enjoy the acoustic version of this. Kia kaha from NZ
Yum yum yum yum is my favorite. Great reaction ❤. Please do Crutch, Heretic, It’s Alright and Patience. Some of Ren’s older music I love. Hopefully you will enjoy them. There’s a lot more fun ones too😅.
Your wife is a smart Renegade her choices are really good. Can i suggest Jessica ft orlean or crutch not sure if you reviewed this yet. You are doing well. Try pausing every few minutes or take short notes to get all your thoughts together, The relatable stories are very cool keep that up.
@@LaShayHaynes-t8f Thank you so much for your tips! ☺️ You know, i always tell my wife the comments i get about her. She sent me a text earlier about which song I should do next. I said, maybe that's the one we do together! She then said she's sure the listeners hear enough about her, they don't need to see her! 😅 Jessica doesn't sound familiar. Is that Ren?
@@BigSpookyJeff Jessica is baby Ren, you can actually see him working on a beat and mixing the song in real time. I'm with your wife being on camera takes a lot of bravery. i couldn't do it. see you on your next reaction.
@@LaShayHaynes-t8f the one thing that makes being on camera easy is, that what I'm doing is giving my true first reaction. Because it's not rehearsed, it makes it more comfortable for me. Because, in a sense, if I'm rifled with fear and anxiety, it's still my first reaction. Lol. But, I'm not filled with fear and anxiety.. Perhaps, my speaking in 12 step meetings has helped me with it. Who knows? I'll try not to bug her too much about it. ☺️
There is an acoustic for this song. When Ren has an original music video and acoustic both are worth checking out.

Fun and freaky! Love the ”yum yum yum” part 😂
The acoustic version done in yhe back seat of a moving bus is somehow more creepy and sinister.❤
@@francesdoll4039 😱 🤔 perhaps a good one for Halloween... Creepy and sinister! 👻

im lost on why the air quotes
I was merely trying to dub what i was doing with a title. You know, with apostrophe's? But, i ended up signaling with quotes. 🤷🏻♂️
