I know ya can't domesticate the hogs but you could provide horses and a meal for weary travellers. Dunno if the overlap of the cafe is too much. Otherwise why not a hog lighthouse, you could make a massive tall tower at the coast full of lights. Would probably be a magnet for bullets but a bit of fun :)
If its an old car, forcing a screwdriver into the lock will push it out the frame and you can open the door. This used to be a feature to help rescue services remove you from the car in an accident.

They just had the key switch hanging down there loose but not the lock barrel or immobiler lol.
