The abuse of dog which you mentioned is a sign that the abuser was also abused badly at early life which affected him badly. That guy was abusing the dog to show his superiority over the dog as he was not able to defend himself against his own abuser. Such people need mental therapy,treatment to recover from their abusive past. Crimonoligy research has shown a positive corelation between people/children who abuse animals and them committing violent crime later in life. Sadly this happens a lot in Pakistan and goes unnoticed.
