Nice job, Lisa. My dad developed OV for Gulf Oil Real Estate starting in the early 70s along with the principals, the Harrison family, and I had Capstan 621 for 25 years. Lived there year round too for awhile, great place. Moved to Vero to raise a family. 2400 S. Ocean Drive was way out there back then.
It is the HOA fees that kill the deal.
HOAs are a joke, they constantly raise the price and your just trapped

Depends on the building... but it's about a 50/50... small pets only. Under 25lbs.
