An under-rotated triple twist + punch (which should have been downgraded to 2.5 twist + punch) = quad twist (G). So definitely not worth doing it.

This only being a G is a joke considering how difficult it really is - the Silivas needs a downgrade so bad

Being that a triple is only an E, I feel like a G sounds about right. It is still only one rotation.

No, actually it doesn’t- considering how few successfully compete it even today. What they need to do is stop downgrading the hardest elements (the Sillivas being one) and more significantly downgrade the easier passes to make them less desirable. A double tuck should be no more than a B skill, it’s literally level five stuff. Once the Sillivas becomes super common then I would say it would be time to downgrade.

Don't get the hate on the Silivas rating. It's an extremely difficult and spectacular skill. Downgrading it would just push gymnasts towards easier skills with the same value. At least those gymnasts who are even able to perform it in the first place. Which aren't many.

3.5 is undervalued imo. 3.5 should be a G, Quad should be an H.

3.5 twist should be G rating, 4.0 twist should be Ɪ. This skill isn't rated high enough in the MAG code either.
