if your buffer size is at 64 or 128, try to set it at 256 or 512.

It has no effect. The problem is in managing the USB controller

What types of USB do you have? It started to work by connecting to USB 3. USB controller is reneas. To the start menu, I have entered "USB", I have started the program to set up the USB controller and turned off the power management option.
Then I downloaded somewhere on the net (google to enter "audio performance", clicking, popping noise) a program that creates "audio optimization" in the power options menu. So far, it works, but I enjoyed the difficult times. It was blurred on three different computers.

Ondřej Blažek Thanks!! I will try this now before I go back to the store crying =) So basically that program turns of the power from the USB?

It is program of USB driver (reneas etc.), I really think that communicating devices such as a multichannel sound card via USB is stupid. I had an M-AUDIO card that communicated through FireWire and without any problems. It does not play the role of bandwith here, but the computer's access to this communication is in my opinion.
