Hi Abha …I followed you when we both were pregnant…still following 😊 breastfeeding I didn’t do due to my restitch issues..and have two kids my younger one is 2 months younger than khushi…dear mera weight 104 pahucha tha fir kaafi diets Herbalife kiya 88 tak aayi…ab stuck hai mai overeating kerti hu over kaam hai I’m all alone working without any support rest toh still nhi mila hai husband is like 12 hours job he is going to ofc..I’m literally over loading my body I just get stressed n eat n eat kuch bhi….please help with eating habits or what shall I do being in Japan veggies bhi nhi milti hmari
You can find vegetables and many fruits in Japan too, few of my known people have been there in Tokyo for long,

@@HappyMommyVlogs hi you’re right about veggies and fruits anyhow as a pure vegetarian we’re surviving here but with kids you can understand they waste a lot sometimes I eat just because don’t want to throw…we’re here for 10 yea we have explored Japan like anything issue is I eat more often and overeat I feel eating is giving me energy to do all the house chores managing kids
Cook sufficient and serve limited and team them a habit of not wasting food, I can definitely understand being pure vegetarian is difficult everywhere.
These days nothing is pure.
Over eating is not issue but eating what is good for you is better, so try to manage that only.
Eating anything gives energy, but eating well gives you calm body and mind too.
I too overeat , there is no further dieting I am following.
I just try to focus one grains, dal , stuffed Paratha, Puri, mix veg rice.
I rarely pick salad or fruits, but whenever I eat outside, i make sure I am having khichdi or fiber food more next day.
Try to find your way for a yummy and health food.
