Do you use the same background he does? Because if you don't the problem with the pixels can occurs when you reduce the number of colors to a pallet with a fixed number of colors that can't accomadate all the colors in your image. This is called posterization. You are cutting the color space down from 24 bit full color to index color 8 bit, you can't get enough colors in 256 colors (with are the number of colors you get in a gif file) in your palette to represent all the colors in the 24 bit original. I don't know a solution for this ( I have the same problem with my artwork too :) )
why when i go to render comp its a square and the pic moves not just the words and when. i click on click here to edit text its full pic, and black bars and the words only flicker ffs. someone pls help :(
If you're in the "CLICK HERE TO EDIT" comp, you'll only see the text without movement. But if you click on the "RENDER COMP" composition you'll see your text with movement and flickering. Render out this composition. :)
Get the steam extention.. way way easier.. go to the extention tab in google and type steamdesign and you will see it, than go back to the upload artwork thing on your BROWSER and you need to select file and than a long picture button will show click it and upload your artwork..
In after effects my artwork loops perfectly, i watched your tutorials on how to loop particles seamlessly and such. When i put the artwork into photoshop to make it into a gif, it ends abruptly. This is also the case when i upload it to steam. Help please :(
The gif is 10 seconds, framerate was originally 60fps, now i set it to 30fps, still doesn't work, loop is set to forever. It freezes at the end for like 2 seconds, then starts the gif again.
when you enter steam.design you can choose the size of the artwork you want to transfer from the site to use in your showcase , just choose the background you want , drag the window of the artwork preview to the size you want and then download it , to upload it over to steam you need to use a specific link that is referenced on one of SibunA's videos " Long Steam Artwork Showcase Tutorial (Updated) " , follow the steps on that video and you should be good to go

What photoshop do you use Sib? i use CS6 cracked on pc and i dont have a 'Image Sequence' when i try to open the template. any help?

I think there's an option there when you are in the Save for legacy window you can pick the looping option to Once/Forever
When saving the GIF, there is an option to set the gif to loop infinitely, its near the bottom right corner
I believe Photoshop has a 500 frame limit when making GIFS. Try to lower the FPS or length of animation.
