Yes, it is absolutely very child friendly. And in as much as Portuguese is the first language spoken, most major cities will have English speakers everywhere. The healthcare system is also very affordable even in public hospitals

Mmmh ideally you need to show that you earn at least 820 euros per month. In which case, you would qualify since its within the threshold..
