In Europe only barrier is language and if you know then its much better than US, Aussie. Healthcare is free but yes there is some waiting period. Some countries also gives housing assistance. Salaries are good not great but your rights are pretty much protected and with time it will increase. Its very hard to fire a person from a job and if you somehow loose it you will get some unempoyment benifits. Most important thing is work life balance which is far better than the western countries. Europe is not only one city of Italy. Dont talk shit by just visiting one city. Dont underestimate the EU. Its the actual Europeans/Brits that are sitting in Australia, US, Canada.
